VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA (March 22, 2016) – ecmarket, a cloud solutions company, announced today that Basic Components Inc., a national distributor of quality parts for manufactured, modular, and mobile homes, has successfully launched Conexiom® to automate sales order processing. Basic Components turned to Conexiom to eliminate 4-6 hours per day each inside sales team member was spending manually entering orders.
Through its 80,000 square foot facility in Mansfield, Texas and other locations across the US, Basic Components processes over 25,000 orders each year that are manually entered into their SAGE 100 ERP system. Recognizing that providing excellent service is imperative to delivering value to its customers, Basic Components implemented Conexiom’s automated order entry software to eliminate data entry and any associated errors with order processing, and let current sales team members focus on providing outstanding customer support and driving sales growth.
