(45 / 50) x 100 = 90%
That gives you a DIFOT/OTIF rate of 90% for the period. The catch is in the counting rule you choose. If you measure at the line-item level instead of the whole-order level, a single short line drops the score for that order, and your number will look lower than an order-level count.
