As the world navigates the COVID-19 virus, we felt it was important to send our customers an update to keep you informed on how we are planning and modifying our operations in response.

For the last few weeks, we have been ensuring we have the right plans and resources in place. We’ve defined these principally by the expert guidance provided by the local public health authorities in our respective office locations in conjunction with our own proactive contingency planning. Conexiom operates 24/7/365 across the globe and we are well prepared for uninterrupted virtual operations. The Conexiom Production and Corporate Networks sit in the cloud and are designed with high availability and security for virtual operations.

As we are updated with new information from public health officials, we have asked employees in select locations to work from home as a precaution. We have already successfully tested a scenario where the majority of our staff work remotely, and we have maintained high-quality production and customer service without interruption. We are confident that should we be required to take this measure in order to prioritize the health and safety of our staff, customers and partners, we will continue to service you with the same level of best-in-class support.

Looking ahead, we will continue to follow our own protocols, and adhere to recommendations and precautionary measures from our municipal and global health leadership.
