ROLE DESCRIPTION

We have an immediate opportunity for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team. Reporting to our Manager – Customer Operations, you will be responsible for troubleshooting reported issues and providing technical support to our customers, with the goal of maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

IN ORDER TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU’LL NEED:

  • 1+ years of experience in support or customer service, preferably at a SaaS company
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Tech savvy and creative problem-solving skills
  • Aptitude to explain technical information in “real-world” terms to non-technical end users
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Capability to learn quickly and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • College or University diploma/degree is preferred

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Manage a queue of customer support issues
  • Update Helpdesk cases and documentation within Maximizer and Confluence
  • Respond to Helpdesk inquires and solve reported technical issues via email and/or phone
  • Work collaboratively with the Customer Success, Product Management and Development teams
  • Be available for after-hours support duties on a rotational basis
