Reporting to the EVP, Product Management and Product Marketing, we’re looking for a B2B SaaS product marketer who will play a pivotal role in articulating the value of the Conexiom solution to help the company achieve our growth objectives.  This role is instrumental in understanding why customers buy and how that translates into product features and product content to further differentiate Conexiom in the market.   

Key Responsibilities 

  • Work with a cross-functional team composed of product managementcustomer success, sales engineering, and sales to build world class content 
  • Own user and product insights: Go deep on understanding customers’ needs and develop data-driven, actionable insights that inform product strategy 
  • Develop messaging and positioning for new and existing solutions that communicates our value propositions in a simple, compelling and differentiated way 
  • Develop sales enablement content including training and customer assets 
  • Identify and prioritize new areas of opportunity to inform sales programs or roadmap features  
  • Work closely with Sales Engineering teams to refine winning demos scenarios 

Required Qualifications 

  • 4+ years of relevant requisite experience 
  • BA or BS degree 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Direct B2B product marketing experience with fast growing SaaS company  
  • Experience developing, executing, and scaling high impact, multi-channel go-to-market efforts for B2B solutions 
  • Ability to inspire, lead, and align cross-functional teams 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, team building and problemsolving skills 
  • Experience using market research to inform product development strategies 
  • Ability to demonstrate resourcefulness, motivation, initiative and leadership 
  • Ability to build creative solutions and drive results in a fast-paced, startup-like environment 
  • Experience leading sales enablement, education and training 
  • Ability to work autonomously, focusing on key outcomes amidst competing priorities and tight deadlines
