Earl is responsible for developing and executing inbound and outbound marketing strategies to drive significant growth for Conexiom.

With over twenty five years of experience with several software firms, Earl has led the product definition, positioning, market-driven product strategies and life cycle management of a number of highly successful products. Most recently, Earl directed programs for lead development, sales support, product marketing, and customer success for Talemetry, a leading provider of recruitment marketing and sourcing solutions.

He has also served as Director of Product Management for Pearson School Systems, a provider of student information systems, and spent over ten years at Maximizer Software, eventually as the Director of Product Marketing.
