We’re thrilled to announce that popular trade publication, Supply & Demand Chain Executive, has selected Tiffany Alexander, Vice President of Sales Engineering at Conexiom, as a recipient of the 2022 Women in Supply Chain award. Tiffany has helped countless customers streamline their supply chain processes with her global expertise and ability to understand the complexities of the supply chain as it relates to multiple industries.

The Women in Supply Chain award honors female supply chain leaders and executives whose accomplishments, mentorship, and examples set a foundation for women at all levels of a company’s supply chain network. This year’s list includes individuals from software and service providers, consultancies and academia, trucking and transportation firms, professional development agencies, sourcing and procurement divisions, and more, all who have helped supply chain clients and the supply chain community at large prepare to meet many of today’s—and tomorrow’s—challenges.

Tiffany started her career in supply chain implementing warehouse management systems for several retail, consumer goods, and logistics service providers around the world – working with companies in North America, Asia Pacific, and Europe. Tiffany transitioned from focusing on warehouse management to order management and developed an appreciation for the challenges of going from a multi-channel to an omni-channel world. At the time, retailers were going beyond traditional ecommerce to allowing customers to buy through any channel (e.g., buy online, pick up in-store), and Tiffany had the opportunity to work with the UK’s largest retailers to realize this vision.

Tiffany joined Conexiom in 2021 after seeing a gap that existed in the market, which could be supported by trade document automation. From her roots in the supply chain, it’s important to have visibility to supply and demand upstream and downstream, but many manual processes still exist in the supply chain. She has built a diverse team of subject matter experts who solve complex problems for multinational and commercial manufacturers and distributors. Being the strong mentor that she is, Tiffany guides her team to understand industry and technology best practices so they can be consultative to customers who are trying to address both the labor shortage and supply chain challenges.

Tiffany is an experienced solution engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the software industry. She is a talented information technology professional with expertise in solutions that enables the customers’ journey and end-to-end supply chain. We’re so honored that she is working closely with the team at Conexiom and bringing her expertise to customers worldwide.
