Darren Bonnstetter is the CEO of Conexiom, where he leads the company’s transformation into an AI-native platform for intelligent automation in manufacturing and distribution. He focuses on helping customers achieve measurable business results through speed, precision, and automation.

Before joining Conexiom, Darren served as CEO of 280 Earth, a climate-tech company spun out of Google X. At X (Google’s innovation lab), he co-led a groundbreaking initiative in direct air capture, guiding the project from concept to venture-backed company. His experience there reinforced a belief that bold innovation only succeeds when paired with disciplined execution. Darren earned his MBA from Harvard Business School, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University.
