Jody is an accomplished customer success executive renowned for her expertise in driving exceptional customer retention and revenue growth within global, multi-product organizations. Her unwavering passion for refining post-sale customer experiences, igniting end-user enthusiasm, enhancing product adoption, and leading high-performance teams has consistently yielded outstanding customer outcomes. Before joining Conexiom, Jody served as the former Chief Customer Officer (CCO) and Managing Director at Litera, a leading end-to-end document lifecycle solutions provider, Jody was part of the company’s leadership that drove a remarkable 10x revenue increase via both organic and inorganic expansion, and 15x growth in customer count. Her transformative impact has left an enduring legacy in the legal industry. Today Jody serves as Conexiom’s Chief Customer Officer where she will leverage this expertise to drive Conexiom’s growth and enhance its customer-centric approach. Jody holds a BA in Psychology from Northern Illinois University and is a distinguished graduate of K1’s Advanced Management Program. She resides in a Chicago, IL suburb.
