President & CEO
Ray brings more than 20 years of experience in scaling high-growth B2B organizations, and leads the company in designing and executing Conexiom’s vision, strategic growth plans and company operations.

Bob Burns

Chief Financial Officer
Bob has over 20 years of experience in building growth-oriented technology businesses, in both financial and operational leadership roles.  Bob oversees Conexiom’s financial operations and collaborates on business strategy and execution.

Executive Vice President & CMO
Judd has more than 25 years of B2C and B2B marketing leadership experience across the United Kingdom, Americas, Australian and European markets. Judd leads brand strategy and all facets of marketing for Conexiom.

Mike Fisher

Executive Vice President, Sales
As the lead of all of Conexiom’s sales initiatives, Mike focuses on client growth and success by directing all revenue generating functions across the company. Mike leads a global team of national sales executives and account managers guiding them in exceeding customer expectations and achieving their professional and company targets.

Executive Vice President, Product Management & Product Marketing
Ricardo leads his team in developing the product strategy, product roadmap, positioning, and messaging for all Conexiom solutions as well as their packaging and delivery into the market.

Justin Finnegan has 20+ years of experience enabling digital commerce and automation for B2B organizations. Justin and his team are responsible for ensuring that Conexiom's customers achieve and exceed their ROI goals by taking advantage of the opportunities offered by automation.

Jennifer is responsible for programs that build collaborative relationships within the company and the execution of all projects related to Conexiom employees.

Will Anderson

Vice President, Software Development
Will is responsible for the operations, technical leadership and strategic development of the complete Conexiom product line and functional teams. Will leads the development and execution of intelligent products using purpose-built AI strategies and machine learning models to create best-in-class automation products. Will also leads the direction of customer enhancements so that Conexiom’s customers and prospects can future-proof their business through customer experience and capitalize on growth using Conexiom solutions.

Dominic Aelberry

Dominic has over 20 years of sales, customer success, and regional leadership. His most recent experience was scaling Upland Software a SAAS work management and customer experience vendor in EMEA and APAC. He is responsible for leading the growth of the EMEA region.

John Cadigan

Vice President, Cloud Operations & CSO
John has more than 25 years of technology experience in planning, implementing, and evaluating system infrastructure to develop scalable business solutions.  John is responsible for the SaaS, IT and Security Operation Teams at Conexiom.

Hollie Haynes

Hollie Moore Haynes is the Founder and Managing Partner of Luminate Capital Partners and is based in San Francisco, CA. Prior to founding Luminate, Hollie focused on software private equity investing at Silver Lake.  Earlier in her career she worked in private equity at Hellman & Friedman and in investment banking at Morgan Stanley & Co. She graduated from Harvard University with an A.B. in Economics and received an M.B.A. from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Ray Grady

As the President & CEO of Conexiom, Ray brings more than 20 years of experience in scaling high-growth B2B organizations, and leads the company in designing and executing the Conexiom's vision, strategic growth plans and company operations. Ray comes to Conexiom from Salesforce B2B Commerce, where he held the role of SVP, COO and GM. Previously, Grady was President and COO of CloudCraze, where he led the company through its 2018 acquisition by Salesforce. Grady’s extensive experience also includes roles as SVP and GM of Acquia, one of the fastest-growing SaaS providers in the world, and the co-founder of Acquity Group, which went public in 2012 before being acquired by Accenture Interactive in 2013.

Mark Pierce

Mark Pierce is an Operating Partner at Luminate Capital Partners and is based in San Francisco, CA. Prior to Luminate, Mark was CEO of MarketLive, an eCommerce software platform provider.  Mark previously led PRA, an application development and consulting firm focused on the retail sector, and was an EVP at marchFIRST.  Earlier in his career, Mark was a Partner at Prophet Brand Strategy and an executive at Accenture and Procter and Gamble. Mark received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo, and an M.B.A. from Saint Mary’s College.

Scott Kingsfield

Scott Kingsfield is an Operating Partner at Luminate Capital Partners and is based in Atlanta, GA.  Prior to Luminate, Scott served as President of the Retail Division at NCR. Before joining NCR he held multiple executive roles at Radiant Systems, which was known as the leading provider of technology solutions to the retail and hospitality industry. Scott began his career as a management consultant  with Arthur Andersen and Price Waterhouse. Scott received his B.A. in Finance from Georgia State University.

Dave Ulrich

Dave Ulrich is a Partner at Luminate Capital Partners and is based in San Francisco. Prior to joining Luminate, Dave was an investment professional at Mainsail Partners. Prior to Mainsail, Dave was a technology investment banker at RBC Capital Markets. Dave received his M.A. in Finance and his B.A. in Economics from Claremont McKenna College.
