Brent Halverson

Brent leads the overall strategic direction of ecmarket and is responsible for developing the business plan and driving success in all areas of the business including product, finance, support, services, sales, and operations.

Mike Fisher

Executive Vice President, Sales
As the lead of all of Conexiom’s sales initiatives, Mike focuses on client growth and success by directing all revenue generating functions across the company. Mike leads a North American team of national sales executives and account managers guiding them in exceeding customer expectations and achieving their professional and company targets.

Ian Braby

Vice President, Operations
Ian is responsible for global operations at ecmarket including delivery and support of our mission-critical cloud service, Conexiom. Ian is also responsible for customer service, information technology and information security. Ian has developed and implemented numerous quality programs and processes to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Earl van As

Vice President, Marketing
Earl is responsible for developing and executing inbound and outbound marketing strategies to drive significant growth for Conexiom.

Mark Toffoli

Vice President, Sales & Business Development
Mark is responsible for sales and business development. Through his leadership, Mark and his team have ensured that hundreds of customers have had successful implementations and consistently demonstrated outstanding customer service to ensure businesses can focus on serving their customers and partners, not entering data.

Will Anderson

Vice President, Software Development
Will is responsible for the operations, technical leadership and strategic development of the complete Conexiom product line and functional teams. Will leads the development and execution of intelligent products using purpose-built AI strategies and machine learning models to create best-in-class automation products. Will also leads the direction of customer enhancements so that Conexiom’s customers and prospects can future-proof their business through customer experience and capitalize on growth using Conexiom solutions.

Jennifer Woudstra

Vice President, HR & Employee Engagement
Jennifer is responsible for programs that build collaborative relationships within the company and the execution of all projects related to ecmarket employees.

John Yau

Vice President, Customer Success
John and his team of onboarding specialists work closely with customers to drive success in all areas of their business through effective and efficient onboarding strategies.

Hollie Haynes

Hollie Moore Haynes is the Founder and Managing Partner of Luminate Capital Partners and is based in San Francisco, CA. Prior to founding Luminate, Hollie focused on software private equity investing at Silver Lake.  Earlier in her career she worked in private equity at Hellman & Friedman and in investment banking at Morgan Stanley & Co. She graduated from Harvard University with an A.B. in Economics and received an M.B.A. from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Brent Halverson

As President and Chief Executive Officer of ecmarket, Brent leads the overall strategic direction of ecmarket and is responsible for developing the business plan and driving success in all areas of the business including product, finance, support, services, sales, and operations. Brent brings over 20 years of senior management experience in product management, finance, operations, and research and development in the high-tech industry. Prior to joining ecmarket, Brent was President and Director of Multiactive Software Inc., where he led the strategic direction and growth of the company worldwide.

Mark Pierce

Mark Pierce is an Operating Partner at Luminate Capital Partners and is based in San Francisco, CA. Prior to Luminate, Mark was CEO of MarketLive, an eCommerce software platform provider.  Mark previously led PRA, an application development and consulting firm focused on the retail sector, and was an EVP at marchFIRST.  Earlier in his career, Mark was a Partner at Prophet Brand Strategy and an executive at Accenture and Procter and Gamble. Mark received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo, and an M.B.A. from Saint Mary’s College.

Scott Kingsfield

Scott Kingsfield is an Operating Partner at Luminate Capital Partners and is based in Atlanta, GA.  Prior to Luminate, Scott served as President of the Retail Division at NCR. Before joining NCR he held multiple executive roles at Radiant Systems, which was known as the leading provider of technology solutions to the retail and hospitality industry. Scott began his career as a management consultant  with Arthur Andersen and Price Waterhouse. Scott received his B.A. in Finance from Georgia State University.

Dave Ulrich

Dave Ulrich is a Vice President at Luminate Capital Partners and is based in San Francisco. Prior to joining Luminate, Dave was an investment professional at Mainsail Partners. Prior to Mainsail, Dave was a technology investment banker at RBC Capital Markets. Dave received his M.A. in Finance and his B.A. in Economics from Claremont McKenna College.
